The episode of the hit fantasy drama series which aired last Sundat night drew 4.9 million viewers at exactly 9PM, considered to be a new series-high mark. Meanwhile, GOT has now set series viewership records with three of the four Season 3 episodes that have aired so far. In the meantime, during the second week, Veep, which followed GOT at 10PM, posted 1.1 million viewers, down slightly from the 1.2 million who tuned in for the second-season opener of the previous Sunday’s episode. Game of Thrones really got great reviewers from the ones who have watched it and those who read the book which the show was based. This fantasy adventure television series allows us to explore the world of kings and queens, knights, lordlings, bastards, and renegades all struggling in the only game that matters – the Game of Thrones. It is a very dangerous game in which there are only two outcomes, and that is either you win or you die.
