In every dance competition, you can never avoid to get injured especially when you are so tuned in to your performance and you haven’t seen an accident coming. With this, Bill Nye is probably the most unfortunate person to have encountered such incident when she suffered a knee injury during his “Dancing with the Stars” performance with partner Tyne Stecklein on the episode last Monday night. Bill Nye might be a science whiz who can school most of us in physics and biology, but all that knowledge wasn't enough to keep the 57-year-old safe on the dance floor. Everybody from the audience up to the judges’ seat were worried on Nye. "We can confirm Bill Nye was injured during his performance last night and is currently seeking medical attention," a representative confirmed. "We will continue to keep you posted on his progress." Based on reports posted after the incident, it was said that he is scheduled to undergo MRI and possible to have a surgery if the doctor finds broken bones. Also, Bill Nye might be taken out of the game even if he is already called “the popular guy” in the longtime-running dance competition of ABC TV Network. Nye's wiggy Week 2 dance with partner Tyne Stecklein saw him donning a headpiece for a 17-point paso doble that judge Carrie Ann Inaba described as a "weird, bizarre masterpiece of insanity." Bruno Tonioli told the PBS icon, "You nearly blew a gasket!" Still, the fans love this science guy. His fans are still hoping to see him back, dancing on stage, but right now, what they need to do is to pray for his fast recovery and tune in for more news if Nye is still capable of coming back to the show.
