It was a Game of Thrones phenomena for Comic-Con this week as the stage has gone wild when the supernatural fantasy’s Khal Drogo made a very overwhelming surprise to her Khaleesi, Daenerys Targaryen. Jason Momoa, the one who played the role of the ever brave Khal Drogo in HBO’s hit epic series, made a surprise appearance during the show’s panel at Comic-Con on Friday and Emilia Clarke was very happy about it. Rushing the stage, Momoa shouted, "I'm not dead!" before kissing his on-screen wife Emilia Clarke. And just as quick as he came in, he also disappeared and rushed off the stage immediately. Seemingly surprised of Momoa’s sudden appearance on stage, Clarke was momentarily speechless before reciting one of Daenerys’s lines, “My son and stars.” The Comic-Con panel opened with a very creative “In Memoriam” video montage recalling the death of literally every character on the show such as Ned Stark and Robb Stark. A never-ever-seen-before scene was also featured with Tywin Lannister (Charles Dance) and Grand Maester Pycelle (Julian Glover). This is a scene where Tywin is enjoying his time of leisure fisgghing and Pycelle asks Tywin if he could be returned to the small council, and all signs of Pycelle’s frailty disappearing as he stands up straight and speaks in full-throated voice. In the meantime, when writer George R.R. Martin as was asked if he would consider writing a “Game of Thrones” prequel, he said that he is open to writing more novels set in the world of Westeros after he completes the main series, but he clarified that he wouldn’t write about any characters from the current books or TV Series. "I don't think it would be a prequel. I might go further back. There's lots of material. I just don't think I'll do the immediate precursor," Martin said. The Comic-Con panel just made us more excited to see the next season of the show.
