The famous American television actor Thomas Gibson, who is known for his role as Aaron Hotchner in CBS’s Criminal Minds and Greg Montgomery of ABC’s Dharma & Greg, was arrested early this Sunday morning because of the suspicion of a DUI, the report says. The Dharma and Greg alum was arrested by the police in Los Angeles on suspicion of driving under the influence when he was seen driving in downtown Los Angeles at approximately 1 a.m. and attempted to drive through a section that was blocked off for a half marathon. The statement was given by the law enforcement officials, specifically Officer Cleon Joseph who personally arrested the 50-year old Gibson. Gibson was stopped and told he could not drive through the blockade, but he proceeded to do so anyway. However, the police eventually stopped him and detected alcohol on his breath. Based on the news, the Criminal Minds actor even refused to take a breathalyzer tests and was then arrested on suspicion of misdemeanour DUI. However, he was then booked and released on $15,000 bail. He did not give any comment or none of his representatives did.
