Each week, we are being entertained by the performances given to us by the highly talented members of the New Directions and we just can’t have enough of them, I’m sure of that. But among all those great episodes I have watched so far, the concept of this week’s “Guilty Pleasure Principle” was the one I can’t totally understand. However, I still loved their performances, though, except for the fact that I wasn’t able to understand their concept. I really had a blast watching tonight’s music-heavy installment of Glee, the one which centered around the New Directions’ members confessing their hidden obsessions with Barry Manilow, ABBA, Phil Collins, Wham, Bobby Brown and the Spice Girls. I can’t really understand it, but they usually focus on just one group or one artists but in this most recent episode, they gave tribute to so many of them. Here’s some of what you’ve missed. Blaine, for instance, became worried by the sight of Sam stealing pasta from the cafeteria, so he offered him $50 instead, and this prompted Trouty Mouth to admit his guilty pleasure or his so called secret skill: he wasn’t up for food, he just digs making macaroni art. It was also during the last episode when Kitty got her claws trimmed and Jake showed what Brown can do for the audience when he got chastised for wanting to sing a Chris Brown tune, then suddenly changed his mind under pressure from his female glee-club buddies. Rachel made Brody an offer he can refuse while she kept talking about reconciliation.
