The singing superstar Mariah Carey was rushed into a hospital last Sunday as she suffered from shoulder injury, reports says. Carey was said to be rushed into a nearby hospital after she dislocated her shoulder while on a shooting. She and her husband was on the set of her latest music video the time the accident happened. Cindi Berger, Carey's spokeswoman, said that she was shooting the remix of her single “Beautiful” being directed by her husband Nick Cannon when she was injured. After which, she was then rushed to New York's hospital for Special Surgery. "She was taken to the hospital late last night, where doctors reset her shoulder," Berger said. "She is fine and is recovering at home." Meanwhile, the spokesperson also said that Carey’s fans need not to be worried about her because she is now fine and wasn’t badly hurt. Despite what happened, there's no stopping Mariah Carey from performing on a free concert set to happen in Central Park's Great Lawn on Saturday. This concert is sponsored by Major League Baseball to benefit Hurricane Sandy relief and it is going to be star-studded, for sure. In the meantime, “The Art of Letting Go”, Carey's new and latest album, is scheduled to be out later this year so watch out for it.
