Teen Mom 3, the spin-off series of MTV’s hit teenage drama series, is said to be canceled for its return for second season. Looks like the TV network is throwing away the babies and their teen mommies out with the bath water because of the network’s decision. Featuring former 16 and Pregnant stars Mackenzie Douthit, Briana Dejesus, Alexandria Sekella and Katie Yeager, the TV show is actually scheduled for premiere last August 2013 and it aired a few episodes, but the news that it was cancelled for another makes it heartbreaking for the cast members. "MTV will not be moving forward with a second season of Teen Mom 3,” a spokesperson from MTV said. “We’re thankful to Briana, Katie, Mackenzie, Alex and their families for sharing their stories as they navigate young parenthood and for helping to have a positive impact on the importance of teen pregnancy prevention." There was no reason as to why the show was cancelled but some of the viewers say that it was probably because of the lack of drama being expressed by the new cast after the show’s previous series had newsmaking stars like Farrah Abraham, Jenelle Evans and Amber Portwood. Meanwhile, Briana Dejesus, one of the reality stars in the series and the mother to Nova, took the early chance to thank her fans on Twitter by saying: "Teen mom 3 was one of the best experiences I ever had! I will never forget it!," she wrote. "Time to move on from MTV and do bigger and better things & no I don't mean become a porn star lol."
