Spencer is about to learn Toby’s big, bad secret and the fans of the teen drama TV Series are said to prepare for the reaction that she will make that will be nothing short of “gut-wrenching,” as what the executive producer I. Marlene King warns. It was during this Tuesday’s installment when the revelation occurred on ABC Family and this episode actually paid homage to the Stephen King classic “Misery” when Keegan Allen’ alter-ego “makes a slight mistake” in his “A” game, and King also said with a laugh that his girlfriend almost instantly “picks up on it... because she’s smart like that.” When Spencer discovered about that, she almost went through the stages of grief. The first thing that she reacted pictured out how denial she was, then the next things was anger, then sadness and, in her odd ways, acceptance as well. “Her original thought is to say ‘Please, Toby, tell me there’s more to the story’ – and we leave you hanging with that for awhile. But she’ll keep it a secret. That’s her journey through the first half of Season 3B, because she doesn’t want the girls to know – especially when she’s still trying to process and make sense of it.” We’ll just see what happens in the next episodes of the second half of the third season of the show.
