There is probably no busier person than TV actress and director Carrie Preston as she plans to have not just one project in the upcoming year, but three to be exact. Aside from being busy from work and being part of True Blood vampire drama TV Series as Merlotte’s waitress Arlene Fowler, Preston said that she is also returning to The Good Wife as a quirky-fan-favorite attorney Elsbeth Tascioni earlier the next year. Aside from that, she also entered the movie industry as it was found out that she directed her first film, a New York City-set comedy film entitled “That’s What She Said.” If you think that would be all, then you will be also surprised when you hear the news that she is coming back to the CBS drama series “Person of Interest” as the love interest of her real-life husband Michael Emerson. When she was asked if how the role on Person of Interest come about, she said. “In that case, we were literally joking around. I said to Michael, ‘I know they’re going to do your flashback at some point. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if I played your mother?’ Michael jokingly mentioned it to the producers of Lost and then the next thing I knew, I was in a jungle giving birth to him. (Laughing)That came about very quickly, just out of some kind of light joke that I made.” But I guess it did the trick. We will be seeing more of Carrie Perston next year in the above mentioned television shows.
