At the same time, another Birmingham crew race to treat a 61-year-old man who has fallen on the ice and is in acute pain. On the other side of the city, Mark and Adi attend to a woman whose waters may have broken at 27 weeks and could be hours away from giving birth. In Coventry, crewmates Neil and Laura treat an elderly man who has a life-threatening infection.
