Jay realises that his life could be at risk following the recent drugs trial. Jordan lets him know that he will fast-track the blood test results. Ruth is too busy to offer Jay the support he needs and she receives a mysterious package containing a gold locket. Ruth ends up asking Adam for time off work for personal reasons and leaves the hospital with a garment bag in a chauffeur-driven car. Jay is happy when his test results come back negative and Jordan tells him that he has been given a second chance in life.
