Issues came out recently about The Glee Project to be canceled from Oxygen, but the television network said that this isn’t true. With Glee coming up for a new season sometime this year, this is not going to happen. How will they be able to come up with new cast members for the New Directions if they will cancel The Glee Project’s episodes from airing? This is going to be a huge problem and a huge disappointment as for well for the fans of the hit reality TV Series talent search competition. Because of this issue-with-an-unreliable-source coming out, Oxygen made it clear to everybody that the reports coming out have been scrapped. A spokesperson from Oxygen said, “What TVLine reported was speculation. The Glee Project has npt been canceled.” Opposite from the reports coming out, the series is simply on hold pending Fox’s decision on whether “Glee” gets another season or not. We all know that the winner for this reality TV series comes out in the musical comedy series, Glee, for multi-episodes so that makes sense why the show is pending. Ryan Murphy, the executive producer of both Glee and The Glee Project, serves the purpose of finding new talents for the Fox musical series, Glee. Glee cast members guest star each week to help introduce a lesson and mentor the contenders at the same time. The winners will then get the chance to acquire a multiple-episode guest arc on “Glee”.
